How to request deletion
- Send a request. Email privacy@catalystcore.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Identify the service or account involved. Tell us which Catalyst service your request relates to (for example Catalyst Convert) and the identifier associated with your data, such as the phone number, email address or account used with that service.
- Verification. Catalyst verifies the request where necessary to confirm that it comes from the person the data relates to, or from someone authorised to act on their behalf.
- Processing. Eligible information is deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable retention and legal requirements. Where Catalyst processes data on behalf of a business customer, we may need to coordinate with, or refer your request to, that business as the data controller.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and inform you once it has been processed, or explain if we are unable to fulfil it in whole or in part — for example where information must be retained to meet legal, accounting or security obligations. Information that is retained for such purposes is restricted from other use.
Scope
This procedure applies to personal information held by Catalyst Global Trading and Technology in connection with its digital services and this website. For third-party platforms connected to Catalyst services (for example messaging or ecommerce platforms), you may also need to manage your data directly with those providers under their own policies.
